Return policy for goods and funds
Products and services purchased on the website: https://rbbrands .kz can be returned or exchanged on time and in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Terms of return
1.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods indicated in the consignment note, if:
• The product was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and a document confirming the purchase of the Product were preserved;
• The product is not included in the list of goods not subject to return and exchange, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1.2. In accordance with clause 1 of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 4, 2010 No. 274-IV "On Consumer Rights Protection" are not subject to refund and/or exchange.:
• medicines and medical devices;
• underwear;
• hosiery;
• Animals and plants;
• square footage Goods, namely fabrics made of fibers of all kinds, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, nonwovens, ribbons, lace, braids, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film, oilcloth;
• a cellular subscriber device.
1.3. Goods of good quality sent later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods indicated in the Consignment Note are not subject to return/exchange.
1.4. By agreement with you, an exchange of goods can be made upon receipt of a similar product for sale. If a similar product is not available on the day of the request, you have the right to demand a refund of the amount of money paid for the specified product. If the buyer refuses the goods of proper quality, the cost of shipping the goods and sending them back (by mail) will not be refunded.
1.5. If you have received an item of inadequate quality (which is defective and cannot ensure the fulfillment of its functional qualities), you have the right to return or exchange the product. If you send us a defective product (by mail), we will reimburse your return shipping costs. We provide customers with the opportunity to check the product for defects within 14 days. If you discover a marriage after 14 days, we reserve the right, at our own expense, to request an expert opinion that the marriage occurred before the goods were delivered to the consumer or for reasons that arose after that moment. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose due to circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer will be obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination, as well as the costs associated with the storage and transportation of the goods. Items for which a warranty period is set, returns are possible during the warranty period. To return the product to the buyer, you must fill out a standard application.
The return method of the product.
2.1. The return of the Goods is carried out through any courier company by sending a parcel to the door, consisting of the following:
• The product to be returned/exchanged;
• A completed and signed return request.
• Receipt (invoice if you received the parcel through the courier service);
• Copies of the identity card.
2.2. The Seller's address for sending the parcel with the Goods to be returned: 496/2 Rayymbek Ave., Almaty, 050063, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Refund of funds
3.1. The cost of sending the parcel, as well as the cost of the Goods (in the case of a non-cash form of payment), is refunded to the Buyer's bank card, using the details specified by the Buyer in the application, within 3 to 45 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Seller's Warehouse.
3.2. When specifying bank details, it is mandatory to have an IBAN code. An IBAN is a 20-digit card account number. The IBAN code is provided by the bank itself, which begins with the letters KZ. This information should be clarified with the bank or viewed in your personal account on your bank's website.
3.3. The refund of funds is carried out within the time period specified in these terms and conditions, subject to the following conditions::
1). The Buyer has provided a complete package of documents required for making a refund.
2). The return request is filled out correctly and in full.
3). The return request contains the correct bank details of the Buyer who placed the Order for the returned Product.
4). The bank card, the details of which are indicated in the refund application, is active and has no restrictions on receiving money transfers.
3.4. The terms of receipt of funds after the transfer by the Seller are regulated by the Buyer's bank.
3.5. If you have received a notification from the Seller about the transfer of funds, but there is no receipt on the card, please check the information with your bank based on the payment order number sent by the Seller: it is possible that the funds are in the transit account and have not yet been transferred to your current account.
